Welcome to The Lounge! We are dedicated to providing an exceptional, elevated experience for every guest. To help our studio run smoothly and to respect the time of both our providers and our clients, we kindly ask that you review our studio policies below prior to booking.

Appointment Deposits & Booking
To secure your preferred appointment time, we require a deposit at the time of booking.
Where it goes: 100% of your deposit is applied directly toward the total cost of your service at check-out.
Why we do it: Our providers dedicate their time exclusively to you. A deposit ensures our schedule remains protected and available for guests ready to be treated.

30-Minute Appointments (including consultations) | $50
60-Minute Appointments | $100
90-Minute Appointments | $200
Booty Treatments (Hip Dips) | $300
Booty Treatments (Full) | $500
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the booking deposit.
Arriving Late: If you are running late, please let us know! We always do our best to accommodate you, but arrivals more than 15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled to protect the next guest's appointment time, which will result in a forfeited deposit.
Privacy & Your Health Information
Your privacy is incredibly important to us. The Lounge strictly adheres to all HIPAA compliance guidelines to ensure your personal health information, medical history, and treatment records are kept completely secure and confidential.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I need to change my appointment before the 24-hour window?
No problem at all! If you reschedule outside of the 24-hour window, your deposit automatically moves with your appointment to the new date and time. If you are unable to reschedule your appointment via your patient portal or appointment confirmation, please contact our office at (541) 236-2282.
What if there is an emergency and I can’t make it to my appointment?
Please don’t worry! If you have an emergency and miss your appointment, please reach out to our office to reschedule once things have settled down for you.
