Leela (she/her) is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and the founder of The Lounge. Her professional journey has taken her from the wondrous rural villages of Nepal to California, Colorado, and ultimately to Bend, Oregon. With a strong foundation in critical care nursing, Leela's approach with The Lounge is rooted in safety and evidence-based treatments.

Her diverse background is ultimately what inspired her to offer non-surgical care options, helping people feel more comfortable and at home in their bodies. Leela is dedicated to creating new pathways to care through the True You program, making gender-affirming care accessible to those who otherwise would not be able to afford it.

Leela brings a deep understanding of trauma to her approach, fostering a safe, affirming environment where every person feels seen and valued. She believes in compassionate communication and ensures that everyone she treats is met with humility, dignity, and respect.

When she’s not at The Lounge, you’ll find Leela wrangling her two young kiddos and sharing plenty of laughs with her spouse.

Aesthetic Injector

Charlotte (she/her) is an Aesthetic Injector at The Lounge, bringing a deeply compassionate, community-focused foundation to her practice. With a background in public health nursing, where she specialized in complex care for HIV, STIs, and Viral Hepatitis, Charlotte thrives on building deep trust and genuine connection with everyone who enters her care. She brings that same dedication to aesthetics, blending evidence-based treatments with a passion for helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and completely at home in their own skin.

Driven by the belief that aesthetics should be a safe and welcoming space for all, Charlotte approaches every treatment as an opportunity to listen and validate. She loves taking the intimidation out of the process, supporting patients when they feel most vulnerable, and guiding them toward natural, subtle results, with her favorite treatment being a mini-lip refresh for that perfect touch of subtle volume and hydration. For Charlotte, the best part of the job is creating a space where people arrive as clients and leave as true friends.

When she isn’t in the clinic, you can find Charlotte outside soaking up the Central Oregon sunshine, enjoying glass of red wine, or spending quality time with her fiancé, family, and friends.

Practice + Marketing Manager

Britt (she/her) is the Practice Operations and Marketing Manager at The Lounge. As the organizational powerhouse behind the scenes, she is the engine that keeps the practice running seamlessly, ensuring that both patients and the clinic team are supported every single day. From managing the clinic’s digital world—including the website, social media, and community messaging—to handling inventory, scheduling, and daily operations, Britt is the first point of connection for everyone who interacts with The Lounge.

Driven by a passion for clear communication and exceptional care, Britt is dedicated to maintaining the inclusive, welcoming environment the clinic is known for. She views her role as a way to make the patient journey entirely effortless from start to finish. She is fiercely proud to champion the clinical team, aiming to showcase the deep compassion, skill, and absolute bad-assery of The Lounge’s injectors.

Britt also volunteers on the Hospital Response Team at Saving Grace, offering support and advocacy when it is needed most. When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her backpacking in the backcountry, enjoying a meticulously brewed cup of coffee or a great glass of wine, and gushing over her beloved dog, Denzel, alongside her husband.
